Bill Tong Wins the Tawes Award

Bill Tong, the founder and President of the Bioma Project won the Tawes Award from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. Tong was given the award for his working in the starting the first chapter of the YFS at Clarksville Middle School. The award honors youth who actively attempt to promote conservation of the environment within their community. This award is a huge accomplishment for us, as we attempt to expand to other schools across Maryland in the future.
